Gourdin the protein extract of Karela is miraculous, wonderful, chewing drug developed by Dr. Pushpa Khanna. She developed and patented this anti-diabetic drug from Karela (Momordica Charantia). Technology Transferred to China. Memorandum of Undertaking (MOU) signed in Malaysia and Japan
- Gourdin is a polypeptide-k hypoglycaemic drug extracted from seed of Bittergourd. When administrated to the patients suffering from diabetes mellitus showed blood sugar lowering effect
- Gourdin is chewed and kept above the surface of the tongue so that it absorbed .
- Gourdin does not cross react with any other hypoglycaemic oral drug or any type of insulin being taken by the patent
- Four tablets of Gourdin is recommended per day, Each tablet is taken 10 min. before every meal without water/liquid/solid
- Gourdin activates the inactive insulin present in the blood and rejuvenates the pancreas. It thus cures the disease. The time factor depends on the chronicity of the disease
- If hereditary a singe does dose by a normal person acts as preventive. Normals is the body pH.
- If cholesterol level is high, its intake reduces its level.
- High triglyceride level is also reduced.
- Pain and inflammation of the joints due to diabetes is either eliminated or reduced.
